What does the Migration Service include?
The Migration Service includes 1 ETL, an AWS IAM account displaying extracted and loaded data by date, and a dashboard showing complete data lineage.
How much data can I transfer?
You can transfer as much as you want. All transfer costs are described in the Criteria of Success, with no additional cost unless another ETL is required for a separate database.
How long can I use the service?
The service is active for 30 days. All ETLs are transferable to any of EIP’s ADC Connector services within 15 days of expiration.
What components do I keep afterward?
After the subscription expires, your organization keeps the extracted and loaded data in CSV format via downloadable zip. All ETLs transfer to any EIP ADC product within 15 days.
What data is sent to the AWS account?
Data is stored either on premise or in a provided AWS account and accessed via a secure authentication application. Users can view or download the data at any time. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
